Why Should I Choose Your Shop?

First, thank you for considering my shop. I know you have many options for automotive service today, and my staff and I are grateful you are looking into making us your shop.

We have been in business for almost 10 years now. I started the shop after working for others back then. Many customers hunted for me when I left, some went to great lengths too.

Since then, my business has grown tremendously. My customers tell me it is mainly because of our old fashioned service. In an age when businesses are becoming less personal and seemingly less caring, we remain caring.

We are a helpful group of people that genuinely cares you and your vehicles. We don't talk down to you or up to you. We are here to help and provide you with high quality service.

Even AAA likes us. We are a AAA Approved Repair Shop and that means they trust us enough to send their members here. This isn't given out to every shop, in fact, fewer than 5% in Southern California ever get this status. Each year they take hundreds of our work orders and survey the customers to see how satisfied they are with us. If we do great (not just good), we continue to be AAA Approved, if not, we don't.

What kind of quality can I expect?

We love seeing our customers come back to us again and again. But, we want your return visits to be because you like doing business with us, not because our poor workmanship or bad parts made you come back.

I am an ASE Master Technician trained and experienced in auto repair. I have chosen technicians with similar skill and experience to be on my team. Quality of workmanship is very important to us.

Sure, once in a while something goes wrong. We miss something, or a part fails. It's what we do when there's a problem that counts.

I personally stand behind our company and want to assure you that you will be given the utmost care and consideration possible. I guarantee you will be happy with our shop.

How long have you been in business?

I started the shop here in Ventura in 1997. Before that, I was at another shop for many years and have over 25 years total experience. This coupled with an outstanding team of technicians on staff, we are a very experienced shop.

Our business continues to grow every year -- primarily due to our customers telling their friends. We don't advertise much at all, so we must depend on people telling other people about us. And to do that, we've simply got to be great.

How do your prices compared to other shops?

Generally speaking, we not the lowest, and we are not the highest. However, for a shop that has this level of care and expertise, we are one of the lowest priced around.

But, there are other shops out there that cut corners on the staff they hire. These shops can offer a lower price than we can. And if you are looking for the lowest price around, you will have to go elsewhere.

However, if you are looking for a shop that you can trust, gives you great care, and provides top notch service with top notch equipment, we are definitely the shop for you.

Are you AAA Approved?

Proudly, yes we are!

Fewer than 5% of shops in Southern California ever become a AAA Approved Auto Repair shop. To become one, you must meet their very stringent requirements.

The reason for their strict guidelines is because they need to trust us enough to send their AAA Members to our shop. We easily meet these requirements.

Each year we are required to provide them with hundreds of actual repair orders so they can perform customer surveys. They believe this is the best way to find out how our shop is treating customers -- simply ask them. We must perform great, not good, to remain an AAA Approved Auto Repair shop.

How can I expect to be treated at your shop?

I know a lot of shops don't have a great reputation for being all that helpful or friendly. But that's simply our nature here to be friendly. We don't talk down to you, or over your head. We care about giving you the advice and help you really need.

SIMPLY - We treat you like we like to be treated by companies.

Some customers need lots of information to make a good decision about their choices for auto repair and maintenance. Others just want to be able to trust someone to take care of all the details for them. We cater well to both types.

We always give you choices for your repairs and gladly answer all of your questions and without the attitude.
